ITB-24-5 NCB 6 STS Crane Demolition and Removal
Summary Description:  Demolition and removal of two (2) Ship-To-Shore (STS) cranes at North Cargo Berth 6 (NCB 6), removal of crane stops, and filling the tie-down boxes and storm pins with concrete, and if selected by the Owner, demolition and removal of the crane rail system, including but not limited to rails, crane tie-downs, storm pins, and crane stops, and the restoration of the removed crane rail system with reinforced concrete.

Non-mandatory pre-bid site visits are scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 24 and October 1, at 445 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. Pre-registration is not required to attend; however, you must have a driver’s license or employer badge with you at the site visits.

ITB-24-2 NCB 8 and NCP 1&2 Deepening, and Misc. Maintenance Dredging
Summary Description: The Work is generally described as follows: Complete surveying, utility locates, dive inspections and other specified tasks as part of general preparation for dredging work.  At North Cargo Pier 1 & 2, dredge approximately 13,630 cubic yards of spoil, and at North Cargo Berth 8 and the West Turning Basin approach, dredge approximately 162,000 cubic yards of spoil.  Dispose all dredged spoil material in the permitted offshore disposal site.

Additionally, perform Maintenance Dredging of various sites within Port Canaveral, as selected by the Canaveral Port Authority, and deposit up to approximately 90,000 cubic yards of spoil in the permitted offshore disposal site.

ITB-24-3 Cove Seawall Rehabilitation
Summary Description:  The Work is generally described as follows: Concrete seawall and cap repair and FRP wall strengthening at the existing seawall near Grill’s restaurant. Work includes concrete wall repair, concrete cap repair, structural crack repair, ground improvement, and installation of new wall filters. In addition, work includes the removal of 2 existing damaged timber mooring piles and replacing them with new composite mooring piles at Sunrise Marina, adjacent to Grill’s Restaurant.

ITB-24-4 George King Blvd and Flounder Intersection Improvements
Summary Description: The Work is generally described as follows: New signals/mast arm assemblies & foundations, signalization components, cameras, wired and wireless communications, pavement markings, new signs, widening and adding a turn lane at George King Blvd, and lane widening at Flounder and Columbia. Beyond the improvements to the intersection, the scope includes utilities and signs relocation. The work activities of this project shall not affect the traffic during ship days in any of the cruise terminals at George King Blvd.

RFP-24-6 Cruise Terminal 7 Parking Garage Design-Build
Summary Description:
 The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams for Cruise Terminal 7 Design-Build Parking Garage (RPF-24-6) for the Canaveral Port Authority, Cape Canaveral, Florida. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is a one step process which will include Qualifications, Presentations, Design, Technical, Pricing, and Scheduling components.

RFP-24-4 Terminal 7 Preconstruction Services
Summary Description: The Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager (PCM) (Proposer) to provide pre-construction services related to the Terminal 7 program. The selected PCM firm will work with the Port’s designer(s) on the development and review of the design drawings. The PCM will provide the Port with construction cost estimates, an anticipated construction schedule, and design and constructability reviews at the 30%, 60% and 90% design completion levels. The Scope of Services includes all elements related to pre-construction management services including but not limited to estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews. This Request for Proposal is a two-step process consisting of: Qualifications and Pricing and Presentations.
 
The selected Pre-Construction Management firm will not be allowed to propose on the Terminal 7 Construction Manager at Risk project.
