Jetty Park Rules & Regulations

1.1 Jetty Park is not a residency park and is for recreational use only.  There are three (3) primary areas within Jetty Park:

a. Campground

b. Beach and Pier

c. Day Park

1.2 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. are designated “quiet hours” throughout Jetty Park.

1.3 Generators must be shut off during quiet hours.

1.4 Campers, tents, vehicles, and personal property shall not be left unattended for more than 24 hours.

1.5 Campers and registered guests are responsible for their conduct that results in damage(s) to CPA property including sites and equipment.

1.6 Jetty Park is a no drone zone. The operation of aircraft and drones from land or water or the air delivery of any person or thing by drone, parachute, helicopter, hot air balloon, or other aerial means, without the prior written permission of the CPA’s Public Safety and Security Department is prohibited. Please visit CPA’s website for more information and drone requests.

1.7 The discharge of fireworks, firearms, BB guns, paintball guns, bow and arrows, sling shots, or any devices that use burning powder, explosives, compressed gases, etc., is prohibited.  Federal, state, and local statutes govern the legality of carrying or discharging firearms or any deadly weapons within or near a recreation area.

1.8 CPA is not responsible for any property or article lost, stolen, abandoned, or damaged within Jetty Park.

1.9 CPA is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to any persons while on Jetty Park property.

1.10 Over-sized vehicle parking along the jetty in front of the inlet camping area is prohibited, as determined at the sole discretion of CPA staff.

1.11 Parking near the booth and Jetty Park entry is prohibited.

1.12 Boats and jet skis are prohibited from parking in the Day Park and launching from the Beach.

1.13 Playground rules are posted at the playground and are incorporated by this reference into these Rules and Regulations.

1.14 Any alteration of a Jetty Park camping pass is prohibited.

1.15 Florida is prone to inclement and severe weather, especially during the summer months.  CPA is not responsible for damages or loss of any kind due to Acts of Nature or God (including, but not limited to, rain, wind, hail, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, tidal waves, tornadoes, and floods).

1.16 Campsites within Jetty Park are not to be sub-leased at any time.

1.17 CPA staff will only sign for packages delivered to campers via Fed-Ex. CPA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or discrepancy of the package(s) that may be discovered after delivery, nor will CPA staff inspect the contents of any package to ensure its condition, completeness or conformity with any order.

2.1 For Jetty Park admission prices and to purchase passes, please visit https://www.portcanaveral.com/park-services. Except as detailed in these Rules and Regulations, all guests are subject to entrance fee requirements.

2.2 An entry pass must be presented digitally or printed showing the scannable QR code. Printed passes may be laminated, taped, or affixed to the inside bottom left of a vehicle windshield, provided that the QR code can be scanned.

2.3  Entry passes cannot be shared between multiple vehicles.

2.4  All entry passes only allow access into Jetty Park Day Park areas and not the Campground.  Day Park pass holders with vehicles that are parked in the Campground and are not camping, or are not a registered guest, will be towed at the owner’s expense.

2.5 An Annual Pass allows the guest to enter Jetty Park without paying any entrance fees for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2.6 Having an Annual or 3-Month pass does not guarantee entrance into Jetty Park when the park is closed or at capacity.

2.7 Same day re-entry into Jetty Park is not guaranteed.

2.8 CPA staff reserves the right to revoke passes without refund if the pass holder fails to abide by these Rules and Regulations.

2.9 Rideshare vehicles are only granted access to the Campground to pick up or drop off campers and their guests. Non-rideshare vehicles must drop off or pick up individuals at the entrance of Jetty Park. Food delivery may enter the Day Park and/or Campground upon showing proof of purpose at the entry booth.

2.10 Florida Disabled Veterans will only receive free admission into Jetty Park with an approved Disabled Veteran Plate or a Disabled Veteran’s Wheelchair License Plate obtained pursuant to Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Procedure RS-17.

3.1 Campers/guests using the facilities at Jetty Park and Campground shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the camper/guest to any facilities therein.  CPA reserves the right to pursue any legal means, whether civil and/or criminal, to recover its losses or damages.

3.2 No person shall in any manner destroy or disfigure any part of Jetty Park property or other structure within the Day Park, Campground, or Beach and Pier, including lifeguard tower(s) and chairs.  Rocks that constitute the Jetty and state protected sand dunes are off limits.

3.3 Campers/guests shall not exceed the posted breaker amperage available at a respective campsite.

3.4 No person shall bathe or wash animals; wash vehicles, boats, RVs, campers, or clothing; throw, cast, lay or discard into or leave any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, in the ocean, retention ponds, or anywhere on Jetty Park property.

3.5 Routine maintenance tasks, or major repairs to campers, boats, or vehicles must be reported to the Jetty Park Camp Store.

3.6 The following items or activities are prohibited on Jetty Park property:

i. Swimming pools and water slides of any kind;

ii. Climbing trees;

iii. Swings;

iv. Bounce houses;

v. Cluttering a rented area, as determined by CPA staff;

vi. Appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.) outside of a camping unit; and

vii. Chalk and confetti. Limited decorations may be displayed if no damage is caused on or to Jetty Park property.

3.7 No person shall smoke or vape inside any enclosed structure on Jetty Park property. Smoking may be prohibited within the park property by CPA staff. Campers/guests must properly dispose of any cigarette butts.

3.8 Registered campers can park trailers, boats, and jet skis on the Site 200 overflow lot, provided that the Campground hang tag must be displayed on the camper’s property. If a vehicle doesn’t fit on the campsite, the camper may park overnight in the Day Park; however, the Campground hang tag must be displayed in the vehicle.  All other property must be on the campsite.

3.9 Campsite boundaries are defined from site post to site post.  Parking trailers, extra vehicles, etc., that exceed site limitations is prohibited.

3.10 Trees may be utilized for hammocks, tarps, colored clotheslines, and lights provided that items do not cause damage to the trees or Jetty Park property.  Standalone hammocks or related coverings are permitted.

3.11 Except on fields and areas provided for such purpose, no person shall play organized sports or any games involving thrown or otherwise propelled objects such as balls, stones, arrows, javelins, and model airplanes.

3.12 Portable generators are prohibited in all Jetty Park areas, except at the inlet camping area. All generators on the inlet must comply with quiet hours. CPA staff reserves the right to ask a camper/guest to turn off the generator if it is creating a nuisance.

3.13 No person shall dive or jump off of the Pier, nor swim or float in the inlet or channel.

3.14 All motorized watercraft must remain 300 feet from the shoreline.

4.1 Disorderly conduct is prohibited.  No person shall indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening or indecent conduct or use abusive, threatening, profane, or indecent language.

4.2 No person shall create a nuisance, or act in any manner amounting to a breach of the peace.

4.3 No person may enter or stay in Jetty Park if they are clearly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise visibly impaired.

4.4 No person shall operate or use radios, streaming devices, musical instruments, playback devices, or other sound-producing equipment in any area of Jetty Park, in a manner that is unreasonably loud, excessive, unnecessary, or unusual that is audible beyond the immediate vicinity, and which may disturb the peace, quiet, and comfort of neighboring persons. “Immediate vicinity” is defined as fifteen (15) feet from the sound-producing device/item during non-quiet hours; during quiet hours, the sound must not be audible past the device’s campsite vicinity.  The foregoing sound restrictions shall not apply during emergency situations.

4.5 CPA staff may, at their sole discretion, remove or limit the stay of persons or vehicles causing any disturbance, defacing or destroying property, or in any way creating a nuisance.

5.1 No person shall solicit in Jetty Park.

5.2 No person in the Day Park, Beach, or Pier shall sell/rent, or offer for sale/rental, any merchandise, articles, services, or other items, whatsoever, without written consent from the CPA.

5.3 No person shall circulate, post, place or erect any bills, notices, papers, advertisements, or matter of any kind without written consent from the CPA’s CEO or his/her designee.

5.4 No person or company shall engage in commercial activity inside Jetty Park except by concession agreement or permit granted by CPA.

5.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, campers/guests staying in the Campground may sell items to other campers within the Campground if those items do not duplicate, or compete with, items that are offered for sale at the Jetty Park Camp Store or through a CPA-approved vendor.

6.1 Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance online at https://www.portcanaveral.com/park-services, by phone, or at the Jetty Park Camp Store.

6.2 Reservations will not be accepted for double bookings, i.e., reservations made in the same name for the same dates.

6.3 Campsites, cabins, and pavilions will not be rented to any person under 18 years of age.

6.4 Processing fees are per reservation and non-refundable.  The site-lock fee is optional upon making a reservation and non-refundable.

6.5 The reservation holder must be present for the duration of the stay.  Co-campers will not be allowed in the Campground until the registered camper checks in.

7.1 Maximum capacity per RV/tent site is six (6) people.  Any more than six (6) people will be required to rent additional site(s).

7.2 Maximum capacity per cabin site is four (4) people.

8.1 Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

8.2 Upon check-in, the camper/guest will be required to provide a credit card and driver’s license that matches the name on the reservation. The camper/guest’s credit card information shall remain on file to account for incidentals during the reservation.

8.3 Failure to vacate a site in a timely manner will result in a $100 fee and/or vehicle(s) and property may be removed at the owner’s expense.

9.1 The maximum lengths of stay per camping unit/site are as follows:

9.2 Tent/cabin campers may not stay more than 14 consecutive nights in a 30-day period.

9.3 RV campers may not stay more than an aggregate total of 120 nights within a 365-day period.

9.4 Changing names to stay in the park longer for any camping is prohibited.

9.5 Weekends: Minimum length of stay is two (2) nights.  A weekend is defined as a Friday and Saturday, excluding holidays. Campers/guests may not arrive nor depart on a Saturday. There is no minimum stay during the week except for cabins, which require a two (2) night minimum stay.

9.6 Holidays: Minimum length of stay is three (3) nights.  Holidays are defined by CPA staff on a yearly basis. Please contact Jetty Park at 321-783-7111 for more information regarding holiday reservations.

10.1 A deposit, including the processing fee, is due at the time a reservation is made.

10.2 For group camping, a 50% deposit may be required at the time a reservation is made based on the total number of nights and tents.

10.3 Please refer to the table below for deposit rates:

10.4 The remaining balance is due in full upon check-in unless the reservation length is 90 days or longer. For reservations 90 days or longer, the camper/guest will be placed on a monthly payment schedule, whereupon the first payment under the plan is due at check-in and the last payment is due 30 days prior to the camper/guest’s scheduled departure date.

10.5 If the camper/guest has not checked in prior to 5:00 P.M. on the scheduled arrival date, CPA staff reserves the right to process the credit card on file for the remaining balance due.

10.6 Rates are subject to change without notice. Please visit https://www.portcanaveral.com/park-services for the most up-to-date rates.

11.1 A refund may be issued if:

11.1.1 Jetty Park or the Campground was not able to provide the service for which fees were paid in advance due to natural hazards or the closure of Port Canaveral that affects Jetty Park and Campground.

11.1.2 A cancellation is made with at least 7 days’ advance notice for reservations with a duration of less than 30 days.  Reservations that are 30 days or longer in length require a 14-day advance notice of cancellation.

11.2 The following fees will be charged for cancellation of reservations if the advance notice requirement is met:

11.3 When the advance notice requirement is not met, the entire deposit is forfeited (excluding pavilion reservations).

11.4 Lock-site and processing fees are non-refundable.

11.5 A separate cancellation fee will be assessed for each reservation. If there is a connecting reservation, the applicable cancellation fees will be assessed.

11.6 No refund will be granted if:

11.6.1 The camper/guest does not show up for their respective reservations.

11.6.2 The camper/guest shortens their stay (except as provided in the “Early Departures” section).

11.6.3 The camper/guest forfeits their reservation.

11.7 Reservation Changes:

11.7.1 Changes to reservations can be made at any time before arrival.

11.7.2 Any changes to an existing reservation, including the removal of days to the length of a reservation, are subject to a $20 change fee each time a modification is made. Changes to reservations with an original length of stay of 30 days or more are subject to a $100 change fee each time a modification to the reservation is made.

11.7.3 Pavilion reservations are not subject to a change fee.

11.7.4 If a change or cancellation is made on the same day the reservation was created, the change fee or cancellation fee will not be assessed.

11.7.5 Each reservation may be rescheduled one time only. After a reservation has been rescheduled, the camper/guest must either accept the modified reservation date or cancel it—incurring the requisite cancellation fee—before making a new reservation.

11.7.6 Changes between campsites within the Campground will be allowed based on site availability and charged accordingly.

11.7.7 Cabin reservations can be transferred to another cabin site based on cabin availability.

11.7.8 If the reservation change results in an upgrade of a campsite type, the difference in price will be charged. No change fee will be assessed for an upgraded site.  Changes that result in a downgrade of a campsite will be refunded the difference after charging the change fee. Lateral changes will only be assessed the applicable change fee.

12.1 The following rules apply to early departures (camper/guests who have checked in, but intend to leave before the scheduled check-out date):

12.1.1 If a camper/guest intends to leave one (1) night early and informs CPA staff before 12:00 P.M. of the day of intended early departure, the camper/guest will be charged the $20 change fee, regardless of the length of the reservation, and will be refunded the remaining amount for that last night’s stay.

12.1.2 If a camper/guest intends to leave one (1) night early and informs CPA staff after 12:00 P.M., of the day of the intended early departure, a refund will not be issued.

12.1.3 If a camper/guest leaves seven (7) or less nights early, the camper/guest will be charged for one (1) night at the paid rate and refunded the remaining nights of the reservation.

12.1.4 If a camper/guest leaves more than seven (7) nights early, the camper/guest will be charged for two (2) nights at the paid rate and refunded the remaining nights of the reservation.

13.1 Group camping is only allowed in the West Tent Area. There are two (2) designated sites in the group camping area.  Maximum capacity per site with campers and guests is fifteen (15) tents with a minimum ratio of one (1) chaperone or leader to five (5) minors.

13.2 Group camping may be tax-exempt depending on the nature or purpose of the reserving organization/ group. If the organization/ group is tax-exempt, the contact information for the payment method used to make the reservation must match the contact information on the organization/ group’s tax-exempt form.

13.3 If a group chooses to stay in the primary Campground area, they are subject to the same rates and restrictions of any other camper(s), including occupancy restrictions.

14.1 Guests of campers are only allowed in the Campground during Day Park hours.

14.2 Guests of campers are not allowed to bring in pets.

14.3 “Co-campers” are defined as a registered camper’s guest who is staying overnight at Jetty Park. CPA staff must be informed of any co-campers prior to the arrival of the registered camper.

14.4 Please contact Jetty Park at 321-783-7111 for the latest guest and co-camper policies.

15.1 The current hours of operation for the Jetty Park Camp Store can be located at https://www.portcanaveral.com/park-services.

15.2 Minor children must not be left unattended in the Jetty Park Camp Store.

16.1 Any operator of any vehicle, motorized or otherwise, must comply with all applicable Florida laws.  All operators must obey posted vehicle speed limits.

16.2 Motorized vehicles (excluding electric bikes) are prohibited on the Beach and Pier.

16.3 All vehicles (including RVs and travel trailers) must have valid registration, and a license plate must be displayed at all times.

16.4 Vehicles that are not in compliance with section 16.1, 16.2, and 16.3, above, may be asked to leave Jetty Park and Campground or be towed at the owner’s expense.

16.5 Any electric bike used within Jetty Park property must operate in a manner that the electric motor is disengaged and ceases to function when the rider stops pedaling or when the bicycle’s brakes are applied.

16.6 Bicycles and electric bikes are allowed in Jetty Park and on the Beach.  All bicycles and electric bikes shall be restricted from use after dark unless equipped with functioning headlights, taillights, and reflectors.

16.7 Jetty Park Campground is not a thoroughfare for Day Park guests and bicycles/ electric bikes are prohibited in the Campground unless they belong to registered campers or guests.

16.8 Bicycles, electric bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc., are prohibited on the Pier and boardwalk.

16.9 Cyclists shall not block roadways or paths when traveling around the park.  Rules of the road still apply, and cyclists are required to stop at all stop signs.

16.10 A cyclist propelling a bicycle or electric bike along a sidewalk must yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and must give an audible signal before overtaking and passing any pedestrian.

16.11 A helmet must be worn by any bicycle/ electric bike rider or passenger who is under the age of 16 years old.

16.12 Golf carts may be used within Jetty Park property roads only and may not exceed the posted speed limit.  Golf cart use on sidewalks, through pedestrian gates, the Pier, and on the Beach is prohibited.

16.13 Electric Personal Assistance Mobility Devices (EPAMDs) may not be operated at a speed greater than 7 mph on any path, sidewalk, or trail and 5 mph on any Campground road. EPAMDs are prohibited on main roadways.

16.14 Operators of golf carts and EPAMDs must adhere to all applicable Florida state laws.  Golf cart operators must possess a valid driver’s license.  Only persons with disabilities (of any age) may operate EPAMDs.

16.15 Golf carts and EPAMDs are required to have operational headlights and taillights in order to be used during nighttime hours.

16.16 Golf cart/EPAMD occupancy may not exceed limits set by the manufacturer.

16.17 Operator and passengers must remain seated while the golf cart or EPAMD is in motion.

16.18 Sitting in the lap of an EPAMD operator or passenger is prohibited.

16.19 Segways are prohibited on Jetty Park property.

16.20 A horn or other audible signal must be used when approaching pedestrians from behind while operating a golf cart or EPAMD.

16.21 The use of motorized play vehicles and any other motorized vehicle that is not a golf cart or EPAMD is prohibited.

17.1 The prohibitions and fees within this section apply to all pets except service animals as defined by Florida law.

17.2 Pets are prohibited on the Beach, Day Park area, cabins, inlet, and on tent campsites.

17.3 Dogs and cats are the only animals allowed in the Campground.

17.4 A charge of $2 per dog will be applied per night for RV campsites. Cats are free of charge. Emotional support dogs will be charged the $2 nightly fee.

17.5 Dogs and cats entering Jetty Park must be vaccinated as required by Florida law.

17.6 Dogs and cats shall be restrained on a leash not more than six (6) feet long.  Extended leashes are prohibited.

17.7 Guests of campers are prohibited from bringing pets into Jetty Park, including the Campground.

17.8 The maximum number of pets on an RV campsite is three (3) pets.

17.9 Campers with pets are responsible for their pets at all times and for cleaning up all waste deposited by their pets.  A $25 fee will be charged to the camper’s reservation each time dog waste is not properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.

17.10 Campers may not walk their pets on campsites that are not registered to them.

17.11 Pets shall not be left unattended at any time.  All pets must be kept under control, quiet, kept inside at night, and not tied up to trees.

17.12 In the event of a pet bite, CPA staff will assess the situation and have the right to decide if the pet and/or owner(s) will be asked to leave Jetty Park.

18.1 RV sites are back-in only.

18.2 RV campsite locations are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

18.3 CPA staff reserves the right to ask for pictures of an RV/ camping unit to determine if it is permissible within Jetty Park.

18.4 Camping in cars is prohibited, except for vehicles with a “camping mode”.

18.5 No more than one (1) RV/ camping unit will be allowed on a RV site.  One (1) additional unit (tent only) may be allowed if capacity maximum (as defined in “Occupancy Limitations” section) is met.

18.6 Tents are not permitted on inlet camping sites.

18.7 Campers leaving for a day trip in an RV that is their only source of transportation should inform CPA staff prior to departure.

18.8 If an RV/ camping unit has hookups for both electrical and water, the camper/guest can reserve any RV site within the Campground.

18.9 Campers/RVs are not allowed to book rustic tent campsites if the camper or RV is the only camping unit; a tent must be erected on a rustic tent campsite.

19.1 Use of cooking appliances and the use of the bathroom sink for purposes other than hand washing is prohibited in the cabin.

19.2 Smoking, vaping, and the use of candles inside cabins is prohibited.

19.3 Tent camping is prohibited on cabin sites.

19.4 A minimum fee of $100 may be charged to the registered camper/guest if required due to the misuse, abuse, damage, or destruction of a cabin or CPA items inside a cabin during the camper/guest’s stay, or in the event a cabin key is lost.

20.1 No tent campsite can be retained without either a tent erected on the ground or a tent in conjunction with a vehicle that has been designed by the manufacturer for such purpose.  A tent not fully erected is subject to removal.

20.2 Tent camping shall be confined to the designated tent campsites.  No tent camping or camping units are permitted in the cabin areas, the inlet, or Day Park areas.

20.3 Additional tents are allowed on tent sites if capacity limits (as defined in the “Occupancy Limitations” section) are met. Using electric from other campsites is prohibited.

20.4 CPA is not liable for property or tents left unattended.  If left unattended for more than 24 hours, CPA staff has the right to remove any property at the owner’s expense.

20.5 If the sole camping unit is a tent, only tent and semi sites can be reserved.

21.1 The bathhouses and laundry facilities are for use by registered campers and their guests only.

21.2 Children under the age of ten (10) years old must be accompanied by an adult while in the bathhouse.

21.3 No person shall wash clothing, cooking utensils, dishes, or pets in the bathhouses.

21.4 Campers are expected to clean up after themselves to help maintain the bathhouses and laundry facilities for use by others.

21.5 Washers and dryers shall be used for personal clothing and linen items only.

21.6 CPA staff reserves the right to remove unattended items left in laundry machines for longer than one (1) hour.

22.1 A dump pass is required for any visitor coming to Jetty Park to dump who is not a registered camper/guest staying at the Campground. The dump pass does not grant access to the Day Park or the Beach and Pier. While on Jetty Park property with a dump pass, parking at a campsite to fill a water tank is prohibited.

22.2 The dump station shall only be used for servicing gray and black water holding tanks.

22.3 Report spills immediately to CPA staff at the Jetty Park Camp Store.  Visitors are responsible for any sanitation spills.

22.4 Discharge of gray water or sewage on the ground, or at the campsites, bathhouses, or laundry facility, is prohibited.

22.5 Storage of gray water or sewage in containers not manufactured specifically for such purpose is prohibited.

22.6 Violations are subject to criminal charges, fines, and/or the cost of the cleanup.

23.1 No person shall kindle, build, maintain or use a fire other than in the places provided or designated for such purposes.  In seasons of unusual dryness or excessive fire danger, fires may be prohibited anywhere within the park property by CPA staff or as otherwise directed by applicable authority.

23.2 Wood and/or artificial log fires are permitted in the Campground and can only occur in the approved fire pits near the pavilions and the east and west campgrounds.

23.3 To have a fire pit on a campsite, the site must have a water hook-up.  Fire pits on a site must be lifted and covered. Propane fire pits are permitted at campsites with a water hook-up.

23.4 All fires must be fully extinguished when campers retire for the night or leave the campsite unattended.

23.5 Fires are prohibited on the Beach.

23.6 Charcoal and gas grills are permitted.  Only charcoal can be used in the grills provided by Jetty Park.

24.1 Fishing is permitted in Jetty Park waters with the appropriate license and permits, except in water areas designated for other usage.  A license is not required to fish off the Pier; however, fishing from the channel shoreline requires a license.  CPA staff does not have the ability to issue fishing licenses.  For information on how to obtain a Florida Saltwater Shoreline License, please visit the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s website.

24.2 Beach and shore fishing are prohibited in Jetty Park.

24.3 Fishing from the jetty rocks is prohibited.

24.4 Only rod and reel or pole fishing is permitted in Jetty Park. All other gear (e.g., trotlines, cast nets, crab traps, set lines, jug fishing, commercial gear, etc.) is prohibited.

24.5 Day Park guests are permitted to fish from the Pier during Day Park hours and only in a manner that is in compliance with Florida law and Coast Guard regulations.  Registered campers have 24-hour access to the Pier.

24.6 All persons must abide by all state and federal laws as well as all rules and regulations governing fishing established by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

25.1 All trash must be taken to the dumpsters located on site (see Jetty Park map for locations).  There is no curbside trash pick-up.

25.2 No person shall litter on Jetty Park property. All trash must be placed in designated trash receptacles.

25.3 Please be mindful of hot coals. Coals must be fully cooled before being placed in the dumpster.

25.4 Glass of any kind is prohibited on the Beach.

25.5 A $50 cleaning fee may be charged if trash is left on campsite(s) and/or at a reserved pavilion.

26.1 CPA staff or designee is authorized to close Jetty Park and Campground, or portions thereof, on a seasonal basis or at any reasonable time for the maintenance of peace, good order, or protection of health and safety of persons or property.

26.2 It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to be in Jetty Park when it is closed to the public by order of CPA staff or designee.  Upon closing, all unauthorized persons and their belongings shall be removed from the park, or the closed portion thereof.

27.1 Jetty Park is a wildlife refuge.  Hunting or trapping is prohibited.  No person shall feed any wild animals in Jetty Park.

27.2 Disturbing turtles and their nests are prohibited.

27.3 Scraping barnacles is prohibited.
