ADA Grievance Procedure
The Canaveral Port Authority (“CPA”) is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (“ADA”). 
The CPA has developed an ADA Grievance Procedure that you may use to inform us of any difficulties you may encounter with the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by the CPA.  
After receipt of an ADA grievance, we will work with you to find an equitable resolution within a prompt timeframe.  Please note that employment-related ADA grievances or complaints should be directed to CPA’s Human Resources Department.
When submitting an ADA grievance, you are asked to provide the following information:
  • Your name, phone number, e-mail address
  • The date and location you encountered a problem.
  • A description of what occurred or what you were unable to do.
An ADA Grievance Form for your use is available for download HERE or you may use the fillable submission provided below.  ADA grievances may be e-mailed to ADA@portcanaveral.com or mailed (instructions provided on form).

This procedure is for use of ADA-related matters only.  For all other topics, you must contact the applicable department.  Non ADA related matters submitted here may not receive a response.
Requesting Accommodations
Requests for accommodations of any kind should be directed to the ADA Coordinator at ADA@portcanaveral.com.
