TRAFFIC ALERT: The State Road 401 Drawbridge is stuck in the down position due to a mechanical issue. The Brevard County Sheriffs Office is on the scene. Southbound Traffic is being diverted onto 528 and southbound traffic into the city of Cape Canaveral is currently closed. Northbound traffic is flowing over the bridge using southbound lanes. An update will be provided as additional information becomes available.
