How to Become Registered for Automatic Bid Notifications

The Canaveral Port Authority recognizes the importance of having a solid and diverse vendor database and is constantly seeking new sources of supply, as well as expansion of business into new areas with our current vendors. To ensure that as many vendors as possible are notified of bid opportunities, Port Canaveral has partnered with VendorLink for eProcurment services including vendor database management and electronic bid notifications. Registration is FREE and can be done quickly by clicking on the link below.  During the registration process, please be sure to select the Canaveral Port Authority as the agency you want to link with.

We Won A Bid - Now What?

Once a vendor has been selected for a contract or purchase, the vendor must provide to Purchasing Services a Port Canaveral Vendor Application, W9, and a current insurance certificate (ACORD form preferred) listing Canaveral Port Authority as additional insured. A vendor cannot be issued a purchase order or payment until these documents are submitted and processed.

How To Find Out More Information of Bid Opportunities?

All formal bid solicitations are listed on the Port Canaveral website on the Current Solicitations page. Vendors not registered with VendorLink are encouraged to check the website regularly for bid opportunities. In addition, advertisements may be placed in the Florida Today newspaper and other publications.

Solicitation-Related Public Meeting Schedule
