The Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) accepts Special Event Requests twice per calendar year. March 1st – 31 and September 1 – 30. Event requests must be submitted at least ninety (90) days prior to the anticipated event.
Special Event Requests are reviewed in accordance with the CPA Policy and Request Form provided below. If unable to access these documents, please e-mail specialevents@portcanaveral.com.
Please be aware that cruise terminals are unavailable as venues unless approved through the Special Event Request process. Exploration Tower is closed until further notice.
