The Canaveral Port Authority(CPA) has established a standard fee schedule for lease and permit applications. These fees cover the CPA's costs and services, including preparation of the legal description, surveys, preparation of lease documents, advertising, recording and review of improvement plans and specifications submitted by tenants.

Your application fee is due when your completed application is submitted to the Tenant Relations Department.
