Tom Goodson
Chairman
Tom Goodson, representing District 3, is a Rockledge businessman who owns Goodson Paving and Seminole Curbs. He has served on the Commission since January 2003.

 

Malcolm "Mac" McLouth
Secretary/Treasurer
Commissioner Malcolm "Mac" McLouth, the former Executive Director of the Canaveral Port Authority, was elected to the Port Authority Board in November 2008 to represent District 5. The Cocoa Beach resident's involvement with the Port Authority spans 38 years before his retirement in 2004. McLouth served as a Port Commissioner from 1967 to 1996.

 

Raymond P. Sharkey
Commissioner
Elected from District 1 in 1995, Raymond Sharkey is a Titusville resident who served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. He is a retired Lockheed-Martin aerospace manager.

 

Joe D. Matheny
Vice Chairman
Joe Matheny was elected to the Commission in 1997 from District 2. He is a resident of Titusville, where he has practiced law since 1963.

 

R. Bruce Deardoff
Commissioner
Currently living on Merritt Island, he is the owner of Island Lincoln-Mercury Jaguar Land Rover, as well as several other dealerships in Central Florida. He was appointed to the seat in February 2010.
