Summary Description: The expansion of the existing Cruise Terminal No. 8 occupied by Disney Cruise Lines including site / parking improvements, landscaping and irrigation, site lighting, vertical elevator and stair cores at the parking garage, elevated connector walkway from building to parking garage, modifications within existing terminal and an addition/expansion to the existing terminal. Expansion includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural improvements. All work will be required to be conducted while maintaining a fully operating terminal and parking area.
