The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams for a Fast Track 7,500 Vehicle Auto Terminal with grade level processing, load/unload area, car wash, renovation of an existing 60,000SF processing facility, demolition of nearby metal building and new sitework which will also include new storm water system and improvements to Marlin Street for the Canaveral Port Authority, Cape Canaveral, Florida. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is a one step process with concept design, concept budget with fixed general conditions and fee structure.  Project Budget is $65,000,000 - $80,000,000 (U.S. Dollars)

Summary Description:
Tug Berth Expansion:  Construct two concrete piers consisting of pile foundations, concrete decking, mooring cleats, arch fenders, and miscellaneous utilities.  Repair damage to existing bulkhead wall concrete cap. Demolish existing wood pier.  Replace arch fenders at South Cargo Pier 3. 
 
NCP3 Mooring Improvements:  Construct two on land monopile mooring dolphins at North Cargo Pier 3 (NCP3). Install fenders.  Remove mooring bollards from existing dolphins.  Install one waterside monopile mooring dolphin and fender at South Cargo Pier 3 (SCP3).
 
Estimated project cost is approximately $1,680,000 excluding alternates.
